I too love fresh new thread... doesn't happen much, because I go through it so fast! I only use Gutermann thread to prevent tons of lint build up... I buy the biggest spool you can buy and go through it in a week. Crazy! ;) What did you make with it?
This thread was for some skirts, a sewing machine cover, and some wedding gifts. I'm done with the sewing machine cover, halfway done with the skirt, and will start the gifts today! :)
I'm with you, I have the sewing bug too! I have 2 more valances to make and then I'm going to start some tanks for me...happy sewing!
Beautiful! I just ordered a bunch and can't wait to open the box and see all those pretty colors just waiting to be sewn. Now if I could just get my kids to have a nap time....
I was in the middle of my sewing bug last week and my machine stopped working! Ugh! It was my mom's machine, and she said she's had the same problem since she got it. The tension can't be fixed correctly--I'm trying to figure out if it's in the budget for a new machine--or take this one in. Meanwhile, there's still a pile of things waiting to be hemmed, sewed, etc. Ugh.
