Pants redo

Mama gave me these pants that were too big for her. (I know, skinny lady!)

Here's the before:



And here are the after pictures. I made the new bottom/cuff reversible, and it attaches with buttons.




I wish I knew how to take the pants in a little bit around the top and thigh sections... anyone?

Very cute! But they are as big on you as they on on me! Now they are to cute to give away!

Soo Cute. To help take them in just turn the pants inside out and ease (stitch from nothing to whatever width you need taken in) in the thighs from about the knee up to the crotch or reverse. If they are too high waisted you can go ahead and take that up too (you would basically stitch in a horse shoe shape). I have done it on a few of my pants and it works great. You are so creative Katie, I love this idea!
