That is SO SO SO cute! It totally looks like some retro-inspired little dress Baby Gap would sell! I am officially amazed by you... it's official!
How did you get the cute, white design on there? Is that fabric you cut out?
The white is fabric paint I put on with a freezer paper stencil, which is really fun to do!
