I'm leading a "sewing basics night" for MOPS tonight, and I'm excited! It feels silly that I'm doing this, since I'm not a professional by any means. But I do think it's going to be a lot of fun, and the ladies will learn a couple of easy techniques they can use at home.

Hi everyone! It went well! We didn't have a ton of girls show up, but having fewer ladies there meant we could do all the projects I'd planned (yo-yos, hemming pants, and bracelets). Everyone went home with a finished bracelet, and we had fun!
when I first tried to read the side I thought it said "hemming pants and Jesus"... Haha! Glad the night went well. I wish you could blog your basics...
I would love to put the stuff on the blog! I'll do it tonight.
