Ice cream

I heard about this ice cream from a friend. It's made from coconut milk and is GFCF and soy-free (a requirement for Nate), and it actually tastes wonderful! Nate and Lucy had their first taste tonight.





... and Levi enjoyed himself on the sidelines.

What a grand idea the ice cream is! How do you make it. I have a recipe for candy that has egg whihtes, sugar and cocoa in it. Can Nate eat that. If so I will certainly have it the next time they are here. A grand mother ought to have something good to eat!! L&K N

It's a specialty ice cream I bought at a nearby store. :)

Yes, Nate could have egg, sugar, and cocoa! Sounds great!
